We’re all different, so it’s no
surprise that we all learn in different ways.
What’s important is how you learn. Just think about your everyday life and how you pick things up… Do
you like people to explain things to you or do you prefer people
to show you or do you prefer to try it for yourself.
Once you know your preference, you’ll find the learning style that’s best for you and get more out it. If you find some of the learning difficult, don’t worry, it may be that the teaching doesn’t match your style.
The solution is to stick at it because other parts of your studies will suit you. Or, have a word with the teacher - good ones will teach in a way that suits different types of learner.
Use some of the links below to help you decide what sort of learner you are. You’ll find it very revealing about yourself.
